This project is at a very early stage, and our immediate needs are:
- Farmers to discuss these ideas with and refine them.
- A solicitor who can advise on drafting leases
- An estate agent who knows how to find who owns a specific piece of land and how to approach the owners properly.
- An accountant to advise on grants and other financial aspects. We don’t envisage using the grants system much because they usually come with onerous conditions, but we do need to know about them.
- People interested in wildlife to help make it happen.
